We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item and it is “as new”, you may send it back to us within 60 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please follow the ‘How do I return my product’ information below.

*"As new" condition for Alien items is unwashed, unworn and unused. Alien strongly recommends you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product.

Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from www.alienhockey.co.uk. If you have purchased your item from one of our official retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.

How do I return my product

1. Returns are easy – just fill out your returns form. We must ask that a photo of any faulty or damaged products must be emailed to support your warranty claim. This must also be approved before returning. Email returns@alienhockey.co.uk
2. Please repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your returns form. If your order was sent with any free extras please keep these as a gift.

4. When we receive your return we will aim to process it within 7 working days and will refund the price you paid for the products directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s).
5. For international returns - Alien will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty" with a £0 value.
6. If you do have any enquiries about your return once it has been posted, please contact us. Please include the date the item was posted, the name it was sent under and the item’s tracking number if applicable.
